Waipara Wine and Lunch Tour Itinerary
| 10.00am | Depart for Waipara Wine region |
| 10.30am | Fruit platter is served for morning tea |
| 11.00am | Wine Tour at Mud House Includes a guided tour through the bio-diversity trail where vines meet native plants and a walk through the winery where visitors can get sneak peak of the wine making process. Tour includes wine tasting at the cellar door of 5 wines varieties. Duration 1 hour. |
| 12.15pm | Wine tasting at Torlesse Winery |
| By Request | Depart by Draft Horse drawn carriage to Waipara Springs Winery |
| 1.15pm | Lunch at Waipara Springs Winery. A large platter will be served with a good selection of anti pasta goodies, including cheese, salami, spicy sausages, dips, olives etc and their homemade bread. Wine tasting will be provided to you for your enjoyment at your table during lunch. |
| 2.30pm | Pegasus Bay Winery is our last stop for a wine tasting. You can also enjoy a leisurely walk around their breathtaking garden, a natural amphitheatre and unique wetlands with several lakes. Or simply enjoy a delicious coffee in the outdoor area or in front of the roaring fire in winter. |
| 4.30pm | Arrive back at your destination in Christchurch |
